Veg Burmese Khow Suey
- 1 small bowl boiled green peas
- 2 carrots diced cubes
- Baby corn cut thick round
- 1 green chillies slit into half long
- 3 dried red chillies, remove seeds and stalk
- 400g/ml coconut milk
- Basil stock chopped
- Basil leaves chopped
- Sesame oil / vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili garlic powder
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili ginger powder
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili tumeric powder
- 1 tsp corriander powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp soy sauce light
Method
- Heat oil in a wok. Add green chillies, dried red chillies, don’t brown.
- Add diced vegetables and stir-fry on high flame.
- Add basil stock, Simba Mbili garlic powder Simba Mbili ginger powder, Simba Mbili turmeric powder, coriander powder, coconut milk and some water.
- Add sugar, salt, soy sauce and boil. Add green peas and chopped basil.
