Tofu
- 4 – 5 red onion finely thin long sliced
- 2 red bullet finely long thin sliced
- 1 tablespoon Simba Mbili ginger powder
- 2 teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon sweet soya
- 3 tablespoon light soya saucea sauce
- 4 teaspoon dark soya sauce
- 2 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper ground
- Spring onion chopped
- 800 gms tofu
- Vegetable oil for deep fry
- 150 gms butter
- Heat butter in a sauce pan, add onion and chillies and let cook for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl mix sweet soya sauce, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, caster sugar, Simba Mbili garlic powder, Simba Mbili ginger powder and black pepper
- Add to onion, chilly mixture.
- Keep aside.
- Cut tofu into cubes
- Sprinkle cornflour on the cubed tofu
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Then add to the sauce.
- Add spring onion
