Tartar Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Peptang tomato sauce
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • ¼ teaspoon Simba Mbili ground black pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Pinch Simba Mbili mustard powder
  • Pinch fresh chopped parsley
  • Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
  • This goes well with fish fingers and fried fish.
