Tartar Sauce

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Peptang tomato sauce
- 1 finely chopped onion
- ¼ teaspoon Simba Mbili ground black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Pinch Simba Mbili mustard powder
- Pinch fresh chopped parsley
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
- This goes well with fish fingers and fried fish.
