Poussin Sauce
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili red chilli powder
- 3 teaspoons Simba Mbili paprika
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
- ¼ lemon’s juice
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Handful coriander chopped.

Mix the ingredients for poussin sauce in a saucepan except the coriander and simmer on low heat. Once it’s cooled, add the chopped coriander.

This sauce can be used to make poussin chips, poussin chicken (fry chicken and toss in sauce) and poussin fish. (shallow fry the fish and pour the sauce on top).
