Poussin Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili red chilli powder
  • 3 teaspoons Simba Mbili paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
  • ¼ lemon’s juice
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Handful coriander chopped.
  • Mix the ingredients for poussin sauce in a saucepan except the coriander and simmer on low heat. Once it’s cooled, add the chopped coriander.

  • This sauce can be used to make poussin chips, poussin chicken (fry chicken and toss in sauce) and poussin fish. (shallow fry the fish and pour the sauce on top).
