Paneer Bhurji
- 250 gm cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chilli
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- ½ tsp Simba Mbili turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp Simba Mbili cumin ground
- 2 tsp Simba Mbili red chilli powder (can put one teaspoon or use Simba Mbili paprika for making mild)
- 2 finely chopped tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
- ¾ tsp Simba Mbili garam masala

- Grate paneer
- In a sauce pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, green chilli, and onions and let cook. When onions soft and cook on medium flame.
- Add garlic and ginger paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add finely chopped green capsicum and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp Simba Mbili cumin powder, 2 tsp Simba Mbili red chilli powder or Simba Mbili paprika. And stir and cook on low flame.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and add salt and let it cook and wait until its soft. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Add ½ cup water and let it cook while covering it.
- Then add the paneer and let it cook. Add the dry fenugreek leaves, garam masala and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander.
