Mbuzi Curry
- 250 g mbuzi
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Simba Mbili Curry Powder
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili Ground Garlic
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bunch coriander (DHANIA)
- Cook your meat separately first. Place in a Sufuria, add your salt and the beef cube and let it cook until all moisture is gone.
- In your pan, heat your oil and add your chopped onion.
- When the onions turn brown add the Simba Mbili spices.
- Then add in your cooked meat and stir for about 3 minutes.
- Add your chopped bell pepper & coriander stalks and stir.
- Let it cook for about five more minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle the coriander leaves & serve with rice.
