Mbuzi Curry

  • 250 g mbuzi
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Simba Mbili Curry Powder
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Simba Mbili Ground Garlic
  • 1 tsp Simba Mbili Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Simba Mbili paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 bunch coriander (DHANIA)
  • Cook your meat separately first. Place in a Sufuria, add your salt and the beef cube and let it cook until all moisture is gone.
  • In your pan, heat your oil and add your chopped onion.
  • When the onions turn brown add the Simba Mbili spices.
  • Then add in your cooked meat and stir for about 3 minutes.
  • Add your chopped bell pepper & coriander stalks and stir.
  •  Let it cook for about five more minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle the coriander leaves & serve with rice.
