Masala Sausages
- 1 pks chipolata sausages
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (cerio)
- 1 teaspoon simba mbili garlic powder
- ¼ Teaspoon simba mbili ginger powder
- ½ Teaspoon green chilly paste (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 teaspoon simba mbili dhana – jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon Simba mbili tumeric powder.
- ¼ teaspoon simba mbili black pepper ground
- Oil for frying
- Coriander for garnishing
- Water
- Fry the sausages until golden brown and cut into half. Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a separate saucepan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and sauté for a while. Once the onions are cooked add garlic powder, ginger powder, green chilly paste, salt, dhana jeera powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste (cerio) and some water. Let the gravy cook.
- Then fried and cut sausages to the gravy. Garnish with fresh coriander chopped.
- Serve hot with bread, chapaties or naan.
