Masala Sausages

  • 1 pks chipolata sausages
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (cerio)
  • 1 teaspoon simba mbili garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon simba mbili ginger powder
  • ½ Teaspoon green chilly paste (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon simba mbili dhana – jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Simba mbili tumeric powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon simba mbili black pepper ground
  • Oil for frying
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Water
  • Fry the sausages until golden brown and cut into half. Keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a separate saucepan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and sauté for a while. Once the onions are cooked add garlic powder, ginger powder, green chilly paste, salt, dhana jeera powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste (cerio) and some water. Let the gravy cook.
  • Then fried and cut sausages to the gravy. Garnish with fresh coriander chopped.
  • Serve hot with bread, chapaties or naan.
