Lamb Chops

  • 1 kg lamb chops paper thin (latif cut)

Marinate:

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black paper
  • 1 teaspoon heaped Simba Mbili garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon heaped Simba Mbili ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons hp fruity sauce
  • 3 tablespoon hp original sauce
  • 3 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 3 table spoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon heinz tomato ketchup
  • Little oil.
  • Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together and add the lamp chops.
  • Refrigerate and let them marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours or even overnight.
  • Grill the chops on a saucepan griller.
  • Serve with mint sauce or mint jelly.
