Lamb Chops
- 1 kg lamb chops paper thin (latif cut)
Marinate:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black paper
- 1 teaspoon heaped Simba Mbili garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon heaped Simba Mbili ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons hp fruity sauce
- 3 tablespoon hp original sauce
- 3 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 3 table spoon honey
- 3 tablespoon heinz tomato ketchup
- Little oil.
- Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together and add the lamp chops.
- Refrigerate and let them marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours or even overnight.
- Grill the chops on a saucepan griller.
- Serve with mint sauce or mint jelly.
