Lamb Boti Kabab
- 1 kg lamb cubes
Marinate
- ½ ripe pawpaw grinded
- 1 onion blended
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp Simba Mbili chilli powder (depends on how spicy. Can reduce the chilli or use Simba Mbili paprika)
- 150 gms greek yoghurt
- Pinch Simba Mbili whole cumin seeds
- Pinch Simba Mbili ground cumin
- 1 tsp Simba Mbili garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- Marinate lamb cubes with the marinate mix
- Barbecue the cubes in a skewer and after cooked drizzle with coriander and lemon.
Salad to go with the lamb kebabs:
- Cucumber cut into quarters, white onion cut long, salt, Simba Mbili black pepper ground, lemon (optional green chilli paste)
- Also make lettuce, carrot grated, tomatoes long cut and red onion long cut salad
Mint sauce to go with the lamb kebabs
- Mint leaves, coriander, green chilly, salt, lemon, Simba Mbili black pepper ground, Simba Mbili ground cumin, little yoghurt.
- Grind all the ingredients together.
