- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili Clove powder
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili Black Pepper powder
- Pinch salt
- Little oil
- Boil the water with the sugar, Simba Mbili spices and salt until it becomes a thick syrup.
- Put in the coconut and mix thoroughly.
- Quickly spread on an oiled flat surface, eg. metal tray and spread it flat.
- Let it cool preferably in a freezer, then cut into pieces and serve.
