Honey Mustard Marinade

Honey Mustard Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon each sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili ground pepper

Place the meat in a ziplock bag, large bowl or container. In a small bowl or jar, mix together the marinade ingredients.

Pour over the meat and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes, or package in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for later use.

NOTE: Goes best with chicken thighs or breasts.
