Fish Fingers
- Cut 1 red snapper fish fillet into small strips
Marinate
- Salt,
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper ground
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili paprika
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili mixed herbs
- Chopped fresh coriander
- Lemon juice
For coating
- Beat 2 eggs
- Bread crumbs
For frying
- Oil
- Marinate the fish fillet with the marinate ingredients and set aside for 1 to 2 hours
- Beat the egg in a sepeate bowl
- Deep the marinated fish fillet into the beaten egg and then roll it in bread crumb deep fry the coated fish strips.
- Serve with the tartar sauce and slices of lemon
