Fish Fingers

  • Cut 1 red snapper fish fillet into small strips

Marinate

  • Salt,
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili mixed herbs
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • Lemon juice

For coating

  • Beat 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs

For frying

  • Oil
  • Marinate the fish fillet with the marinate ingredients and set aside for 1 to 2 hours
  • Beat the egg in a sepeate bowl
  • Deep the marinated fish fillet into the beaten egg and then roll it in bread crumb deep fry the coated fish strips.
  • Serve with the tartar sauce and slices of lemon
