Egg Curry
- 4 Eggs hard boiled
- 3-4 tsps of Garlic powder
- 2tsp Simba Mbili curry powder
- ¾ tsp Simba Mbili Turmeric Powder
- ¾ tsp Simba Mbili Garam Masala
- add: For garnishing chopped coriander.
- Remove the shell of boiled eggs and keep aside.
- Make a paste with the onion, Simba Mbili garlic powder, ginger and green chillies.
- Heat oil and add onions garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
- Add in salt, Simba Mbili turmeric powder, Simba Mbili curry powder and fry for a minute and then add tomato purée, fry till it starts leaving oil.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook till it dries
Add eggs(boiled) - Again add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil and reduce your flame.
- Simmer for 10 minutes

Garnish egg curry with Simba Mbili garam masala and coriander leaves and serve hot with Rice.
