Cinnamon and Rosemary Tea
- 2 cups water
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili cinnamon powder
- 2 star anise
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili rosemary
- ¼ tsp tea leaves
- Honey, sugar or sweeter optional
- Boil water by infusing cinnamon,
- Star anise and rosemary
- Add the tea powder and mix well
- Turn off the flame and keep it aside with the lid on after 5 minutes, pass it through a sieve
- Add sugar if you prefer into a glass add a small piece of cinnamon and a sprig of rosemary pour the hot tea into it.
If you prefer a spicy taste, crush the cinnamon and star anise before infusing it in boiling water.
