Chicken Soup
			- 300 grams chicken i used one boneless chicken breast
 - 1 carrot cut into big pieces
 - 1 onion cut into big pieces
 - ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili ginger powder
 - ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
 - 1 fresh red chilli you could use green chilli as well
 - Salt to taste
 - Simba Mbili black pepper to taste
 - 1 tbsp cornflour i mixed it with some cold water to make it into a thin paste
 - Cilantro / coriander leaves for garnishing
 - 1 fresh red chilli chopped finely for garnishing
 - Simba Mbili mixed herbs for garnishing
 - 500 ml water
 
- Take water in a sauce pan and add in carrot, onions, Simba Mbili ginger powder, Simba Mbili garlic powder, red chilli, salt, pepper and chicken in it.
 - Cook this for 10 mins, or until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and shred into small pieces and set aside for a moment.
 - Drain the stock and discard the vegetables.
 - Now pour the stock back into the pan and bring it to a boil.
 - Add the chicken back in this and simmer for a min
 - Now pour the cornflour slurry in this and mix well till it gets little thick
 - Ladle it in a soup bowl and garnish with cilantro, Simba Mbili mixed herbs and fresh chillies.
 - Serve piping hot and enjoy.
