Chicken lollipops

  • 1 kg chicken lollipops
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon simba mbili dhanajeera powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili black pepper ground
  • 2 teaspoons simba mbili garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Ginger Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili red chilli powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Handful chopped coriander
  • Oil
  • Mix all the ingredients with the chicken lollipops and let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • In a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs and keep aside. In a plate add bread crumbs and keep aside.
  • Dip the marinated lollipops into whisked egg and  the breadcrumbs. Make sure the bread crumbs stick properly onto the chicken.
  • Deep-fry the lollipops and serve with tomato ketchup.
