Chicken lollipops
- 1 kg chicken lollipops
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili turmeric powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon simba mbili dhanajeera powder
- ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili black pepper ground
- 2 teaspoons simba mbili garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Ginger Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon simba mbili red chilli powder
- Lemon juice
- Handful chopped coriander
- Oil
- Mix all the ingredients with the chicken lollipops and let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- In a separate bowl whisk 3 eggs and keep aside. In a plate add bread crumbs and keep aside.
- Dip the marinated lollipops into whisked egg and the breadcrumbs. Make sure the bread crumbs stick properly onto the chicken.
- Deep-fry the lollipops and serve with tomato ketchup.
