Chicken Burritos

  • 3/4 kg chicken strips
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 large onion slices
  • Spring onions
  • Torilla wraps

Marinate

  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili red chilli powder (can adjust according to spice preference)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili dhana jeera ground
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon green chilli paste (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons oil.
  • Marinate the chicken strips with the marinate and refridgerate overnight.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan. add long cut onions and fry until slight brown.
  • Add the marinated chicken strips and let cook.
  • Once cooked add spring onions and mix.
  • Get a tortilla wrap spread salsa sauce then then fill with cooked chicken and make a wrap.
  • Place in a greased baking tray, sprinkle cheese at the top and bake for 5 mins or until the
  • Cheese melts.
  • Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.
