Cardamom buns

  • 225 gms flour
  • 175 gms sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon soda – bi – card
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili cardmom ground
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh cream 500 ml (around ¾ tin goes in it )
  • Bake at 150
  • Mix everything with a wooden spoon and fill cups and bake it.

  • Fresh cream and icing sugar when cool spread on top
