Biscuit Log

  • 1 box marie biscuit
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon coffee
  • 2 table spoon sugar
  • 1 tea spoon Simba Mbili cinnamon ground
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • Cooking chocolate slab.
  • Melt the cooking chocolate.
  • Dip marie biscuits in coffee milk
  • Then apply beaten fresh cream on one side and one side melted cooking chocolate.
  • Set as a log on a tray.
  • Apply fresh cream to the sides and decorate with grated chocolate.
  • Put in fridgeto cool and set.
  • Serve cold.
