Biscuit Log
- 1 box marie biscuit
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon coffee
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 1 tea spoon Simba Mbili cinnamon ground
- 500 ml fresh cream
- Cooking chocolate slab.
- Melt the cooking chocolate.
- Dip marie biscuits in coffee milk
- Then apply beaten fresh cream on one side and one side melted cooking chocolate.
- Set as a log on a tray.
- Apply fresh cream to the sides and decorate with grated chocolate.
- Put in fridgeto cool and set.
- Serve cold.
