Beef Stock

Makes 1-2 Ltrs of stock

  • ½ kg of beef bones
  • 1 leek
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Ginger Powder
  • Salt
  • Clean all the ingredients well and cut into pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients into a pot including the Simba Mbili spices.
  • Cover in water and cook for thirty minutes to an hour.
  • Let cool and drain.
  • Use in soups, stews, etc instead of water and see the flavour of your dishes elevate.”
