Beef Stock
Makes 1-2 Ltrs of stock
- ½ kg of beef bones
- 1 leek
- 1 white onion
- 1 red onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili Ginger Powder
- Salt
- Clean all the ingredients well and cut into pieces.
- Add all the ingredients into a pot including the Simba Mbili spices.
- Cover in water and cook for thirty minutes to an hour.
- Let cool and drain.
- Use in soups, stews, etc instead of water and see the flavour of your dishes elevate.”
