Banana with Ginger Cream

- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 large oranges
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoon whipped double cream, to serve
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili ginger powder ½ to decorate
- Peel the bananas and cut into chunks.
- Peel the orange, discard the bitter white pith and divide into segments
- Place all the ingredients into a blender, including the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Mix the cream and ginger together and stir half into the banana drink.
- Pour into glasses, top with the remaining cream and sprinkle the ginger powder.
- Serve chilled
