Banana with Ginger Cream

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 large oranges
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoon whipped double cream, to serve
  • 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili ginger powder ½ to decorate
  • Peel the bananas and cut into chunks.
  • Peel the orange, discard the bitter white pith and divide into segments
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender, including the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • Mix the cream and ginger together and stir half into the banana drink.
  • Pour into glasses, top with the remaining cream and sprinkle the ginger powder.
  • Serve chilled
