Fajita Marinade

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- 1 ½ teaspoons Simba Mbili red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Simba Mbili garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon simba Mbili paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili cumin ground
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper ground
Place the meat in a ziplock bag, large bowl or container. In a small bowl or jar, mix together the marinade
Pour over the meat and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes, or package in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for later use.
