Greek Marinade

Greek Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Simba Mbili garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Simba Mbili dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Simba Mbili black pepper

Place the meat in a ziplock bag, large bowl or container. In a small bowl or jar, mix together the marinade. 

Pour over the meat and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes, or package in a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for later use.
