Ginger Biscuits
- 500 gms butter
- 2 ½ cups wheat flour
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 ½ teaspoon soda-bi-card
- 14 teaspoons simba mbili ginger powder
- 1 tin golden syrup
- ½ Cup orange juice
- ¼ Cup milk
- Preheat oven at 200°C.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add golden syrup, milk and ginger powder. Mix well.
- Add flour and orange juice to the above mixture and make a dough.
- Make small balls and place them on a baking tray. Press with fork.
- Bake at 200°C.
